This piece is from a series commissioned by Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas called The Girls of Caesar’s Palace, and features a beautiful young woman carrying a carafe of wine. A combination of techniques are used in painting this original: LeRoy used a palette knife and a brush technique applied over a background of broad strips of color, showing through to the top layer. This original oil painting is in excellent condition.
